Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the BoobTap mobile application ("App") operated by Artax Studios ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use the App. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. If we discover that a user is under 16, their account will be terminated immediately.
2. Account
- You create an account by choosing a nickname (3-16 characters, letters, numbers, and underscores only).
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
- You may optionally link an email address for account recovery.
- One account per person. Creating multiple accounts to exploit game mechanics is prohibited.
- We reserve the right to rename or ban accounts with offensive, misleading, or impersonating nicknames.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Use cheats, hacks, exploits, bots, or modified versions of the App.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the App.
- Manipulate leaderboard rankings through any unauthorized means.
- Create accounts with offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate nicknames.
- Attempt to access other users' accounts or data.
- Exploit bugs or vulnerabilities instead of reporting them.
- Use the App for any illegal purpose.
Violation of these rules may result in account suspension, forced nickname change, or permanent ban at our sole discretion.
4. In-App Purchases
- The App offers optional in-app purchases ("IAP") for virtual items such as continue tokens and puzzle pieces.
- All purchases are processed through Google Play or Apple App Store. We do not handle payment information directly.
- All sales are final. Virtual items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or refunded, except as required by applicable law or the policies of Google Play / App Store.
- Refund requests must be directed to Google Play or Apple App Store as applicable.
- We reserve the right to change prices, modify, or discontinue virtual items at any time.
- Virtual items are licensed, not sold. If your account is terminated, you lose access to all purchased items.
5. Virtual Currency and Items
- Continue tokens, stamina, and puzzle pieces are virtual items with no real-world value.
- Virtual items cannot be traded, sold, or transferred between accounts.
- We may adjust game balance, item values, or mechanics at any time to ensure fair play.
6. Content
- The App contains artwork depicting anime-style characters. All artwork is original or properly licensed.
- The App is rated 16+ due to suggestive content.
- All content, artwork, music, sounds, code, and game design are the intellectual property of Artax Studios and are protected by copyright law.
- You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content in the App.
7. Advertisements
The App may display advertisements. You may choose to watch optional ads in exchange for in-game rewards (stamina, puzzle pieces). Ad display is subject to third-party ad network availability and policies.
8. Leaderboard
- The global leaderboard displays your nickname and gameplay statistics publicly.
- By using the App, you consent to your nickname and scores appearing on the leaderboard.
- We reserve the right to remove leaderboard entries obtained through cheating or exploitation.
9. Account Deletion
- You can delete your account at any time through the App's Settings menu.
- Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. All data including progress, purchases, and leaderboard entries will be permanently removed.
- If you wish to recover purchased items after account deletion, you must contact Google Play or Apple App Store directly.
10. Service Availability
- The App requires an active internet connection to function.
- We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
- We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability.
- We reserve the right to discontinue the App or any feature at any time with reasonable notice.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for in-app purchases in the 12 months preceding the claim.
- We are not responsible for data loss due to device failure, unauthorized access to your account, or circumstances beyond our control.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy and the European Union. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Italy, without prejudice to your rights under local consumer protection laws.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance. For significant changes, we may notify you through the App.
